Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

  • Develop, maintain, and automate regular and ad-hoc reports for various business units and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Design and implement dashboards and data visualization tools to present complex information clearly.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Support data governance initiatives by maintaining documentation and data standards.
  • Assist in the development and optimization of data collection systems and strategies.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for management, summarizing analytical findings and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics and reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

  • 2-5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting roles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in designing and maintaining dashboards and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data management best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
