Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain HR and Recruitment dashboards using Power BI
  • Analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, pipeline status, and workforce trends
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports for senior management
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources (Oracle Cloud, Excel, ATS, HR systems)
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports
  • Automate routine reports and dashboards where possible
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis
  • Support HR and Talent Acquisition teams with data-driven decision-making
  • Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, HR Analytics, or related field
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, formulas)
  • Experience in data cleaning, validation, and visualization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into business insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
