Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze employee data to identify trends in recruitment, retention, and performance, providing actionable insights to HR leadership.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that visualize key HR metrics, making data accessible and understandable for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to assess the effectiveness of programs and initiatives, using data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct predictive analytics to forecast workforce needs and inform talent acquisition strategies.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by regularly auditing HR data systems and processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in HR data analysis, reporting and KPI tracking Ability to extract and manipulate data from multiple systems and produce accurate, timely report Skilled in data visualization tools and statistical analysis Detail oriented with strong problem solving and data integrity mindset A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR reporting, data analysis and KPI tracking.
