Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights.
Monitor data quality and integrity, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all reporting outputs.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide recommendations for process improvements.
Support the development and implementation of data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management and other departments as required.
Assist in the automation of data processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging tools in data analytics.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies in all analytical activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
Experience with data visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with data privacy and security best practices.
