Roles & Responsibilities

As our Data Analyst, you will be the go-to expert for transforming raw data into intelligent business insights. You ll work across departments to design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical solutions that illuminate performance and guide decision-making.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations tailored to business needs.

  • Translating stakeholder requests into actionable queries and clean, meaningful data representations.

  • Managing and integrating data from various sources like Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and other platforms.

  • Supporting ongoing projects by building new dashboards and extending existing solutions.

  • Ensuring data accuracy, performance, usability, and functionality of the BI ecosystem.

  • Writing and maintaining clear documentation for data workflows and dashboards.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Power BI Developer from data modeling and DAX calculations to dashboard design and migration.

  • Familiarity with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools like Tableau or QlikView is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills ability to convey technical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Previous experience in financial or marketing analytics is an added advantage.
