Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support our team in transforming raw data into meaningful insights.
- The role involves collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources to help improve business processes, support decision-making, and optimize performance across departments.

- Collect, process, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Perform data cleaning and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings clearly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, HR, marketing, product) to define data requirements and provide analytical support.
- Support the design and implementation of data models and performance metrics.
- Translate complex data into easy-to-understand recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay updated on best practices and new tools in data analysis and visualization.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the hospitality, catering, or food manufacturing industries.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data sets and present actionable insights.
- Experience with data cleaning, validation, and transformation techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and operational analytics.
- Commitment to maintaining data confidentiality and adhering to company privacy standards.
