Roles & Responsibilities

The Data Analyst supports service operations by gathering, analyzing, and presenting data insights. The role contributes to improving service delivery efficiency and performance management through data-driven decision-making.

  • Collect, clean, and interpret operational and service management data.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Excel.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Support KPI tracking, SLA reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate with service management teams to align data insights with business goals.
  • Provide recommendations for process and service improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • 1 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or SQL.
  • Ability to present data insights clearly and effectively.
