Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Propose to management, align, design and build a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly performance monitoring dashboards on Power BI.
  • Ensure dashboards are published for computers and mobiles screen.
  • Work with IT to automate the data capturing from the ERP system to eliminate any manual intervention.
  • Build and maintain automated data pipelines to ensure accurate, efficient and live performance reporting.
  • Develop and manage the company s BI infrastructure and ensuring data consistency real-time insights.
  • Participate and collaborate with all channels and departments to learn the business dynamics, reporting needs and translate them into scalable and actionable BI solutions.
  • Structure and integrate multiple data sources and centralize reporting for better decision-making.
  • Propagate the data culture with all teams for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure data security, governance, and compliance within BI tools.
  • Participate in key meetings, present the performance using the BI dashboard, learn the discussion difficulties and use data to support the bizz review, decisions and align the BI with the business goals.
  • Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports to support management and operations. And work to include in the main dashboards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s Degree in Statistics.
  • 2-5 years of experience in data analytics.
  • Experience with BI reporting tools and SQL-based databases.
  • Master s degree in data science is preferable.
