The primary purpose of this role is to collect, process, analyze, and interpret data to extract actionable insights that support informed decision-making and strategic planning across the organization. The Data Analyst will serve as a key bridge between raw data and business strategy, ensuring that complex data findings are translated into clear, impactful recommendations for stakeholders.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and clean large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Support informed decision-making and strategic planning through comprehensive data analysis
• Utilize SQL, Python, and R proficiently for data extraction, manipulation, and statistical modeling
• Apply statistical analysis techniques to validate findings and drive data-backed recommendations
• Design and develop interactive data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
• Translate complex data findings into clear, impactful reports and presentations for non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions
• Maintain and optimize data management practices, including database structures and data governance
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address business challenges through data-driven approaches
