Data Analyst Mobishastra

We are looking for a Mid-Level Data Analyst to support business decision-making through analysis of sales performance, client behavior, expenses, and overall business growth. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with data, capable of creating reports and dashboards, identifying performance gaps, and supporting management with actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Sales Performance Analysis • Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data • Monitor: • Targets vs achievements • Sales team performance • Revenue trends • Identify gaps and suggest improvement areas Client & Usage Analysis • Analyze client consumption patterns (SMS usage, campaigns, API usage) • Identify: • High-value clients • Low-usage / inactive clients • Upselling and retention opportunities • Support sales with data insights Expense & Cost Monitoring • Track operational and platform-related expenses • Identify cost leakages and inefficiencies • Support budget tracking and optimization Business Performance & Growth Analysis • Analyze business growth trends and performance cycles • Identify process gaps or mismanagement areas • Support management with data-driven insights for better decision-making Reporting & Dashboards • Prepare: • MIS reports • Performance dashboards • Monthly business reviews • Ensure data accuracy and consistency • Present findings in a clear and simple manner Required Skills & Experience Experience: • 3–5 years of experience in Data Analysis / Business Analysis • Experience working with sales and financial data • Exposure to telecom, messaging, SaaS, or technology-based companies preferred

Technical Skills: • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets • Power BI / Tableau (preferred) • Basic SQL knowledge (advantage) • Ability to work with large datasets Soft Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good communication and presentation ability • Detail-oriented with a structured approach • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Education • Bachelor’s degree in: • Business • Finance • Data Analytics • IT / Engineering
