Roles & Responsibilities

Job description: 

The Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in customer experience management by providing analytical insights and supporting key projects. Job responsibilities include evaluating customer feedback, analyzing management performance, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The Data Analyst ensures that data-driven decisions support enhanced customer satisfaction and improved operational efficiency. This role works directly with the Data Analyst and Projects Supervisor and collaborates closely with various teams to achieve impactful results.

 

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Collecting and analyzing customer feedback data across various channels.

• Analyzing customer experience management performance indicators (KPIs) and providing monthly and periodic reports.

• Supporting major projects by providing data and analytical dashboards.

• Preparing qualitative and quantitative reports that help in making data-driven decisions.

• Developing interactive tools and reports using data analysis software.

• Collaborate with the Data and Project Analysis Supervisor to implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Documenting data and ensuring its quality and accuracy before sharing it with other departments.

• Analyzing the impact of changes and new procedures on customer satisfaction.

• Support compliance efforts by providing reports when needed to management or relevant parties.

 

Required skills:

• Strong skills in analysis and extracting insights from data.

• Proficiency in Excel, and preferably proficiency in analysis tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Good knowledge of customer experience management concepts and performance indicators.

• The ability to analyze feelings (Sentiment Analysis) to understand customer attitudes.

• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) for analyzing textual comments.

• Knowledge of the basics of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their use in improving automated analysis processes.

• Skills in writing reports and presentations.

• Ability to understand quantitative and qualitative data and transform it into applicable information.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy

 

Academic qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or any related field.

• 2–4 years of prior experience in data analysis
