Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main tasks:
- Supply Chain Data Analysis:
- Leverage data from the information system and various applications (ERP SAP S4 HANA, Power BI, etc.).
- Analyze incidents and carts (VEX, OTD, etc.) to identify their causes and contribute to the definition of action plans.
- Participate in the production and monitoring of Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- study the historical and evolutionary data to ensure its consistency and quality.
- Support for the Data Manager in data management:
- Assist in the verification and updating of Supply Chain Master Data.
- Participate in the specification of data extractions and the preparation of reports.
- Collaborating closely with Supply Chain professionals to understand their needs and improve reporting tools.
- Contribution to process improvement:
- Identify opportunities for improvement in data management and propose solutions.
- Participate in monitoring action plans resulting from data analyses.
- Support the monitoring of interfaces between systems to ensure the smooth and reliable exchange of data.
Responsibilities:
- To guarantee the quality and reliability of the analyses performed.
- Alert the Data Manager in case of anomalies or inconsistencies detected in the data.
- Comply with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) rules.
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired profile:
Technical skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau or equivalents).
- Good knowledge of Supply Chain information systems (ERP SAP S4 HANA, Power BI).
- Analytical, synthesis and results reporting skills.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain performance indicators is a plus.

- Ability to work across departments
Education and experience:
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in Supply Chain, Data Science or a related field
- Initial experience in data analysis, ideally in an aeronautical industrial environment
