Data Analytics Delivery Manager

Lead end to end delivery of complex Data Management and Data Analytics initiatives, ensuring on time, high quality execution.

Translate business and data strategy into actionable delivery plans across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Maintain delivery roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and execution cadence across Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall environments.

Drive value realization by tracking delivery outcomes against business cases and ensuring measurable business impact.

Provide clear, data driven reporting on delivery health, risks, dependencies, and progress to senior leadership.

Identify, manage, and mitigate cross team risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure predictable delivery.

Lead and develop high performing cross functional delivery teams, including internal resources and vendors.

Ensure strong change management and adoption of new data capabilities, technologies, and operating models.

Promote delivery excellence by embedding Lean Agile practices, standardizing processes, and improving delivery efficiency.Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent is mandatory. Master degree or certification in AI is desirable.
• 7+ years managing complex technology projects or delivery portfolios, with strong experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics initiatives.
• Proven ability to deliver large scale IT and data projects with clear, measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem solving skills, with experience working with large datasets and BI environments.
• Agile Project Management certification (mandatory), with hands on experience in Agile/SAFe delivery models.
• Proficiency with delivery and project tools such as Jira and MS Project.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience in risk management, dependency management, and delivery governance.
