Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain interactive business intelligence dashboards using industry-leading tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and design data models that support business objectives.
• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to optimize business processes, improve performance, and drive informed decision-making.
• Present findings and visualizations to stakeholders, including senior management, to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in data analytics, business intelligence, and financial services to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support specific business inquiries and provide data-driven insights as requested.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity, data governance, and data security standards are upheld.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize their understanding and utilization of business intelligence dashboards.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as a subject matter expert in data analytics and business intelligence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven 3 years experience working in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Extensive knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Solid understanding of financial services concepts, including banking, investment, risk management, or insurance.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with data governance, data security, and privacy regulations within the financial services industry is preferred.
