Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and BI consultants across multiple client projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and validate data and analytics requirements.
- Architect and oversee the development of data pipelines, data models, and analytical solutions.
- Manage pre-sales cycle
- Responsible for the Development plan for the team and acquiring needed vendors certifications.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in data governance, quality, and documentation.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning through cross-training and certifications in emerging technologies.
- Maintain strong relationships with both internal and external partners.
Desired Candidate Profile

- 7-10 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Engineering.
- At least 2+ years of leadership or team management experience.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with major RDBMS systems (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Data Engineering life cycle ( Data modeling, Data warehousing, Data integration, Data Visualization & Reporting).
- Proficiency in Python or other scripting/programming languages (e.g., Bash, Java).
- Knowledge in machine learning, predictive analytics, or data science frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
