Job Summary:

We are looking for a Data and Reporting Specialist to support our Operations team with data entry, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate should have experience in data entry, be proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office, and have a basic understanding of data analysis. A background in the logistics industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain accurate operational data.
• Generate and update reports for the operations team.
• Analyze data to support decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
• Work with Excel and other tools to create reports.
• Meet deadlines and support team operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in data entry and working with large datasets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis.
• Background in logistics or supply chain (preferred).
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
