Data Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards to support key departments such as Finance, Risk, Marketing, and Operations.
• Apply business analysis and statistical techniques to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and generate actionable insights.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives and visualizations that inform strategic and operational decisions.
• Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and timeliness, aligning deliverables with organizational KPIs and SLAs.
• Promote data literacy and empower business users through self-service BI tools and training.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and, when necessary, external clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions.
• Drive the development of BI capabilities within the organization, identifying and implementing best practices and tools.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and advanced SQL skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar.
• Familiarity with statistical tools (e.g., Excel, R, Python, SAS) and techniques for descriptive and diagnostic analysis.
• Experience in developing compelling dashboards, reports, and presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
