Operate 3D scanning equipment to capture accurate data of mechanical components.

Ensure technical efficiency and quality in 3D scanning for reverse engineering of mechanical parts.

Use measurement tools and accurately record dimensional data.

Handle mechanical spare parts carefully and ensure proper labeling.

Operate 3D laser and structured light scanners in accordance with company standards and procedures.

Execute reverse engineering data collection by capturing all dimensions and features of mechanical components and assemblies.

Read and interpret theoretical input data required to generate final 3D CAD models and engineering drawings of functional components.

Analyze, interpret, and translate scanned or source data into usable engineering outputs.

Safely handle and operate laser 3D scanners and other metrology measurement tools.

Report any issues, concerns, or technical challenges to the direct supervisor in a timely manner.

Work at remote sites and client locations when required.

Assist in the handling and movement of parts between different data capturing stations.

Organize spare parts according to categories and ensure proper labeling of all parts.
