We’re Hiring: Production Planner
We are looking for a motivated Production Planner to join our team and support the planning and coordination of our production activities.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and scheduling daily production activities
Coordinate with supervisors, foremen, and workers to ensure smooth production flow
Monitor production progress and report any delays or issues
Help ensure that materials and resources are available for scheduled production
Update and maintain production records and reports
Support the team in improving efficiency and meeting production targets
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Diploma preferred, ideally in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
Good computer skills (Excel and basic office tools)
Basic technical understanding of production or manufacturing processes
Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi with laborers, foremen, and line managers
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
