Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure including physical and virtual servers, storage systems, and related equipment.
Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patch management for servers and infrastructure components.
Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of on-premise systems.
Support capacity planning and resource utilization to meet business requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and issues.
Coordinate with network, security, and application teams to support system operations.
Maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations and operational procedures.
Ensure compliance with data center standards, policies, and best practices
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Possess certifications like CompTIA Server+, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center operations, with a focus on system administration or infrastructure management.
- Demonstrated experience with Windows Server and Linux operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
