Roles & Responsibilities

The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Data Center Operations team is seeking a passionate, results-oriented, and experienced Data Center Manager. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a critical data center facility, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of the infrastructure. You will lead a team of skilled technicians and engineers, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 9+ years of Information Technology (IT) experience, or Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
  • Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written
  • 5+ years of direct people management experience
  • Experience with Information Technology (IT) infrastructure domains such as compute server platforms, storage server platforms, server components, network devices, cabling best practices and IT service delivery principles and best practices
  • Bachelor's
