• 3+ years of hands‑on experience as a Data Center Operator / IT Infrastructure Support

• Experience providing Level‑1 support for IT Infrastructure across T1, T2, T3 & DR Data Centers

• Strong working knowledge of Windows and Unix servers in production environments

• Experience monitoring Data Center facilities including power, temperature, humidity, and fire detection/suppression systems

• Ability to monitor servers, wireless access points, and core IT infrastructure equipment

• Experience supporting mission‑critical applications, batch jobs, and service restarts

• Knowledge of backup operations, scheduling, monitoring, and periodic restore testing

• Understanding of IT service support functions and escalation to Level‑2 teams and vendors

• Ability to coordinate with IT Helpdesk teams for planned/unplanned outages and incidents

• Experience maintaining operational logs, access records, and enforcing Data Center access policies

• Awareness of ISMS standards, security policies, and operational procedures

• Ability to prepare and share daily infrastructure status reports with management

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / MCA

• Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP)

• Specialized training in Windows & Unix Essentials

• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
