Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage data center infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime through real-time surveillance tools.
  • Perform regular hardware inspections and troubleshooting to promptly address and resolve issues related to servers and network devices.
  • Implement and oversee backup and recovery procedures to safeguard critical data from hardware failures or disasters.
  • Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance, upgrades, and repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to services.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Cisco CCNA to demonstrate technical competency.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data center operations or a similar IT support role.
  • Familiarity with data center management software and monitoring tools, showcasing hands-on technical skills.
