• Have experience in data center
• Own end-to-end delivery data center assesment program.
• Run kickoff, weekly progress meetings, stakeholder reporting, and steering escalations.
• Maintain project plan, milestones, dependencies, and issue/risk/action logs.
• Coordinate on-site and offshore teams; ensure smooth handoffs between disciplines.
• Manage scope control, change requests, and alignment to NG priorities (Main vs DR).
• Ensure deliverables are produced on time: survey, gap analysis, designs, bid package.
• Track approvals, review cycles, and sign-off checkpoints with client stakeholders.
• Enforce documentation standards, version control, and collaboration workflows (Teams/SharePoint).
• Monitor quality gates and ensure internal peer reviews are completed.
• Lead RAID management and mitigation planning for downtime/constraints during assessment.
• Support commercial governance: assumptions register, effort tracking, and status dashboards.
