Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Context :
We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines. The ideal candidate will be proficient in modern cloud and big data technologies.
Main tasks:
- Design and development of ETL/ELT pipelines
- Database modeling and optimization
- Maintenance and monitoring of data flows in production
- Collaboration with Data Analysts and Scientists
- Process automation and quality improvement
- Documentation technique
Required technical skills:
- Languages: Advanced SQL, Python/PySpark, Scala (an asset)
- Cloud : Expérience sur AWS (Glue, Redshift, S3, EMR), Azure (Synapse, Data Factory) ou GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow)
- Big Data : Spark, Hadoop, Kafka
- DataOps : Orchestration (Airflow, Dagster), CI/CD, tests data
- Storage: Data Warehouse, Data Lake, dimensional modeling
- Tools: Git, Docker, Terraform
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Master's degree (computer science, statistics, or technical field)
Experience: 5+ years in Data Engineering
Certification : Certification cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP Data Engineer) ou data (Spark, etc.)
Diploma: Higher education diploma required
