Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Accurately input financial data, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports, into accounting software with meticulous attention to detail.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions, identifying and resolving any discrepancies promptly to maintain financial accuracy.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments to vendors and accurate invoicing to clients.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports by organizing and summarizing accounting data.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in data entry or a similar accounting support role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial terminology.
