Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records and databases.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and filing systems.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and general office correspondence.
  • Assist with purchase orders and administrative follow-up.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of accounting software is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
