Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records and databases.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and filing systems.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and general office correspondence.
- Assist with purchase orders and administrative follow-up.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
