Data Entry Analyst

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Data Entry Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to be responsible for using automated software programs to enter / capture / upload all data relating to Corporate and Project Documentation, as well as any other data required for Document Control.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Set up and maintain records / data management system/s to capture all document records control requirements, including maintenance of files, quality assurance processes, information conversions and systems automations
• Upload data information manually and / or automatically, depending on the state of input the data is received
• Conduct verification checks to detect any discrepancies in information received
• Follow up with the necessary parties to obtain input on data discrepancies, and amend accordingly.
• Analyse and decide upon which methods and procedures to use in gathering, filtering and compiling data.
• Analyse, evaluate and manipulate data to create specialized reports for the Manager, Document Control.
• Format data to fulfil company quality control policies.
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures for records / databr>management.
• Use automated software programs, where required, to upload digital data files.
• Suggest ways to improve the quality and efficiency of data entry input

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelors Degree in Statistics / Document Control / or similar discipline.
• 2+ years of post qualification experience in a similar data entry role, within abr>Document Control and Document Management environment.
• Strong proficiency in working with Database Management Systems
• Sound understanding of Data Entry functionalities, specifically Spreadsheet Creation, Word Processing and Database Management Programs.
