Roles & Responsibilities
- Accurately input data from various sources into designated databases or systems, ensuring precision and attention to detail to maintain data integrity.
- Meticulously proofread entered data and existing records, identifying and correcting errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting for polished output.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents, resolving any discrepancies to ensure accuracy and consistency across all records.
- Maintain organized records of all data entry and proofreading tasks, including source documents and completed work, for easy retrieval and auditability.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation of basic literacy and comprehension.
- Ideally, has some prior experience in data entry or proofreading, showing a basic understanding of the role.
