Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Data Entry – Roles & Responsibilities (Retail)

• Enter daily sales and payments into the system

• Update inventory (stock in/out, returns, damages)

• Maintain accurate product details and pricing

• Record purchase orders and supplier invoices

• Prepare basic sales and stock reports

• Ensure data accuracy and match with physical stock

• Coordinate with sales and warehouse team

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Basic knowledge of data entry & retail operations

2. Good skills in Excel / POS systems

3. Fast and accurate typing with attention to detail

4. Ability to handle stock and sales data

5. Organized and able to meet deadlines

6. Good communication and teamwork

7. Prior retail experience is a plus
