Roles & Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data in databases and systems, ensuring precision in every entry to maintain data integrity.
- Perform regular data audits to identify discrepancies and rectify errors promptly, contributing to overall data quality.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring easy retrieval and adherence to filing protocols.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in data management or related fields is preferred.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles, ideally within sectors like finance, healthcare, or logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, along with familiarity with data entry software like Salesforce or Access.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a proven track record of maintaining high standards in data quality.
