Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems in a timely manner.
- Verify and cross-check information for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Maintain organized records of all data entry activities and ensure data confidentiality.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather, clarify, and validate required information.
- Identify and report discrepancies or inconsistencies in data to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of regular reports and summaries based on entered data.
- Perform routine data audits to ensure ongoing data integrity and compliance.
- Support administrative tasks related to data management and documentation.
- Respond promptly to data-related queries from internal teams.
- Adhere to company policies and best practices for data security and privacy.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and data management systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as scanners and printers.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes as needed.
