Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors as needed.
  • Organize and file digital and physical documents in accordance with company protocols.
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry, ensuring all information is ready for processing.
  • Generate routine and ad-hoc reports based on data collected and maintained.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company and client information.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures and best practices.
  • Support administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and document management.
  • Respond promptly to data-related queries and requests from internal stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-4 years of proven experience in a data entry or similar administrative role.

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data processing.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.

strong> SAP is a must
