Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage and control all project documents according to company and project requirements.
- Enter and update information accurately in the ERP system and internal databases.
- Ensure that all construction documents (drawings, permits, material submittals, etc.) are properly recorded, reviewed, and filed.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to track document status and revisions.
- Maintain version control and ensure timely distribution of updated documents.
- Generate and maintain document logs, registers, and reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in document control or data entry.
- Background in the construction industry is required.
- Experience with ERP systems is a strong advantage.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
