Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases
Organize and manage both digital and physical documents
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all records
Maintain document control systems (filing, tracking, and version control)
Retrieve and distribute documents when required
Assist in preparing reports and documentation
Coordinate with different departments for document submission and approval
Ensure confidentiality and security of company information
Desired Candidate Profile
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
