Kazamer Tax Consultant is looking for a Data Entry Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that our client and financial records are maintained with accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality, supporting the overall operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate financial and client data in company systems
• Verify and cross-check information to ensure correctness and completeness
• Manage digital and paper-based documents, ensuring proper filing and retrieval
• Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and databases for reporting purposes
• Assist the accounts and tax teams with timely and precise data input
• Handle sensitive financial information with the highest level of confidentiality
• Generate reports and summaries as required by management
• Support administrative and documentation needs of the office
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or bachelor s degree (preferred in Accounting/Finance/Business)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or administrative roles
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Familiarity with accounting or tax software will be an added advantage
• Strong typing speed with high accuracy
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
