Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Warehouse Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining warehouse product data and inventory records in the company system. The role supports warehouse operations by ensuring accurate documentation of stock movements, deliveries, and inventory transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter product, inventory, and shipment data into the system accurately and on time.
- Update stock records for incoming and outgoing items.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies when required.
- Maintain organized records of warehouse transactions and documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams regarding inventory updates.
- Prepare basic inventory and stock reports as requested.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company information.
- Follow company procedures and warehouse safety guidelines.
