Data Entry & Inventory Specialist

Role: Maintain accurate product data across inventory systems and website platforms to ensure data integrity and a seamless customer experience. This is a part-time position with a schedule of 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.


Key Responsibilities:


Inventory Control: Accurately input and update stock levels, SKUs, and product statuses in our management system.


Web Management: Sync and manage product listings, pricing, and availability on our website and e-commerce channels.


Content & Specs Updates: Upload high-quality images and critically ensure all technical specifications (compatibility, voltage, dimensions, etc.) are 100% correct.


Required Skills & Availability:


High accuracy, speed, and exceptional attention to detail.


Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with inventory or Odoo software is a plus.


Strong organizational skills and ability to follow detailed procedures.


Basic understanding of inventory and e-commerce principles.


Ability to join immediately is a strong advantage.
