Responsibilities
- Manage employee insurance data on the HR system integrated with the insurance provider.
- Handle additions, deletions, and updates of employee insurance records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Update any changes related to employee status, coverage, or benefits during the renewal process.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of employee information
- Prepare and share required reports related to employee data
- Coordinate with the operations team to assist in system administration
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping for all insurance-related transactions and updates.
- Perform needed reports as per management
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
1 3 years of experience in HR administration, employee benefits, or insurance coordination is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft suite and excellent Excel skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
Experience working with HR systems or HRIS is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling employee data.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Good communication and coordination skills when dealing with internal teams and insurance providers.
Ability to manage large datasets and ensure data consistency across systems.
