What You ll Do

* Enter customer information into the CAS system from application forms and supporting documents
* Maintain productivity and performance reports for submission to the manager
* Support day-to-day office tasks and documentation requirements in the unit
* Ensure compliance with FAB s credit SOPs, audit requirements, and reporting guidelines
* Deliver accurate data entry within set turnaround times (TAT) and maintain zero error standards
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure workflow efficiency
* Adhere strictly to FAB s policies, processes, and regulatory requirements

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Banking, Business, or a related discipline
* Fast and accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines
* Strong organizational skills with a focus on compliance and process adherence
* Professional communication and teamwork abilities
