Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions
  • Record and reconcile intercompany transactions (shared expenses, allocations and settlements)
  • Handle petty cash transactions
  • Process cheque discounting activities and provide support for all banking-related matters
  • Accurate and timely data entry of accounting entries – petty cash and invoices
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of accounts payable ledger
  • Communicate with vendors regarding invoice status, discrepancies and payment queries
