Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data in various databases and systems, ensuring complete and error-free records.
- Review and verify data for discrepancies, making necessary corrections or adjustments to maintain data integrity.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with data management policies.
- Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve inconsistencies, enhancing overall data quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in data management or IT is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role, ideally with 1-3 years in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in data entry or database management can enhance your profile and showcase your commitment.
- Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or logistics is preferred, given their data sensitivity.
