Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Must Be Data Entry For SAP Business One ERP System
  • Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems in a timely manner.
  • Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness, resolving any discrepancies as needed.
  • Maintain organized records of all entered data and ensure data integrity at all times.
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry, ensuring all information is ready for processing.
  • Generate routine and ad-hoc reports from data systems as requested by management.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth data flow and communication.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures and best practices.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data security protocols.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks to support the overall workflow of the office.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of proven experience in a data entry On SAP Business One especially On Production And Warehoueses.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with office equipment such as scanners and Printers.
