The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining project and administrative data, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and timely processing to support departments in line with oil & gas project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data in databases, ERP systems, and spreadsheets
• Verify data accuracy and correct discrepancies
• Maintain records of documents, materials, and personnel
• Assist in preparing reports, logs, and summaries
• Coordinate with departments to collect required data
• Perform regular data backups and ensure data security
• Organize and manage digital and physical records
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Support document control and administrative tasks
• Follow company policies and industry standards

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Good typing speed and accuracy, with familiarity in data management systems and basic document control processes
