Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Enter and update data accurately into company systems and Excel sheets

  • Maintain records of invoices, material entries, attendance, and site reports

  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness

  • Prepare basic reports as required by accounts/admin team

  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files

  • Coordinate with site and office teams for data collection


Desired Candidate Profile


  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word

  • Fast and accurate typing skills

  • Basic knowledge of accounts or site documentation is an advantage

  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle confidential information

  • UAE experience preferred
