Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

RESPONSABILITIES

Main tasks :

  • Manage the flow of orders from receiving to storage
  • Ensure an appropriate data integrity
  • Ensure new items introduction on the system
  • Coordinate with pharmacist concerning Promised items
  • Maintain an organized and neat workspace
  • Execute Price adjustment on the software
  • Complete forms related to daily work
  • Respond immediately to pharmacists requests
  • Participate in the Return order process
  • Report any stock discrepancy

Contributes in the replenishment process from preparation to merchandising

Participates in the transportation of product to the showroom

Contributes in the control of invoices

Contributes in the warehouse arrangement

Participates in the activities of merchandising

Assist in periodic and annual physical inventory

Participate in internal and external training

Desired Candidate Profile

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Baccalaureate level

Minimum two years of related experience preferably in a pharmacy

Good Record of attendance and work performance

REQUIRED SKILLS

Organized and able to work under pressure

Team work and Self-motivated

Ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks

Attention to details

Computer skills

Trustworthy
