Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Data entry on Omega software
- Prepare and follow up on purchase orders
- Update items, suppliers, and pricing records
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and accounting
- Ensure accuracy of data and purchasing documents
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in data entry and/or purchasing
Experience using Omega software (required)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organizational skills
