Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join our Accounting Department on a 1-year fixed contract. This role is critical in supporting our transition to a new ERP system. The successful candidate will ensure accurate data migration, maintain financial records, and provide essential support during this changeover period.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, verify, and maintain accounting data in the ERP system.
Assist with the migration of financial records from legacy systems.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data during the transition process.
Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline workflows.
Provide support for reporting and reconciliation tasks as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with 1C accounting software.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Russian language skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
Previous experience in accounting or ERP transitions is preferred.
