We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to upload and manage hotel information on our website. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering accurate data, updating hotel profiles, and ensuring all listings are complete, appealing, and user-friendly.
Key Responsibilities:
Input hotel details into the website s content management system (CMS), including descriptions, amenities, images, pricing, and policies.
Verify accuracy of hotel information before publishing.
Upload and optimize hotel images for fast loading and visual appeal.
Maintain and update existing listings when rates, offers, or details change.
Ensure all data is entered in a consistent format and style that matches brand guidelines.
Check for errors, broken links, or missing information and correct them promptly.
Collaborate with the marketing and content team to ensure listings are SEO-friendly.
Meet daily/weekly data entry targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of website content management systems (WordPress, Wix, custom CMS, etc.) is preferred.
Good English writing and grammar skills (other languages are a plus).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with hotel industry terminology is an advantage.
Work Environment:
Remote or on-site depending on company needs.
May require flexible working hours to meet urgent data upload deadlines.
