Data Entry Specialist Soundlines Global FZCO

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled skildata entry specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced computer skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and preferably experience using Power BI. The role requires at least 3 years of data entry experience, excellent accuracy, and the ability to manage and analyse large volumes of data efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

1. Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases.

Verify and cross-check data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.

Prepare, organize, and manage documents for data entry

Create and maintain reports using Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables charts).

○ Support management with data summaries and insights, preferably using Power Bl dashboards.

Ensure data security and confidentiality at all times

Coordinate with other departments to resolve data-related issues

Maintain structured and organized filing systems (digital and physical). Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in data entry or a related role

Strong computer skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Data Validation, etc.)
